Witina

Multi-vendor network monitoring & change management

Monitor and change your whole network from one console.

Discovery, monitoring and change management across Cisco, Juniper, Arista, UniFi and more. Your device credentials are never stored in our cloud; they stay encrypted on a gateway in your own network.

Free for up to 10 devices, then from $59 a month, with no credit card to start. See every plan

Credentials

Held encrypted on your own gateway, with keys you control.

Discovery

Listens first and scans only if you ask, so it won't trip your security tools.

Change management

Sent for approval, backed up first, and easy to undo.

Built for the networks your business runs on

Witina changes settings on live equipment, so the safeguards are part of how it's built, from where your passwords live to what happens before a change reaches a device.

Your device passwords stay on your side

We don't store your device passwords. When you add one, it's passed to a gateway on your own network and kept there, encrypted, on equipment you run.

Quiet by default

Discovery starts by listening to what your devices already announce on the network, so bringing a site online won't set off your security tools. Scanning and automatic sign-in to new devices stay off until you turn them on, and you decide which passwords can be used on which devices.

Changes you can review and undo

Send a change for approval, and the device's settings are backed up before anything touches them. Every step is logged, and a change that goes wrong rolls back to the backup.

You own the exit

Your gateways and your data stay yours. Hand a network to an MSP, or take it back, with no lock-in.

See everything. Change it safely.

One platform for visibility and control across the gear you already run.

A live map of your network

Every device and connection, mapped automatically across Cisco, Juniper, Arista, UniFi, Netgear, EdgeRouter and more. No spreadsheets.

Alerts that include the fix

For the problems it knows, like the wrong switch taking control of the network, a link running slower than it should, or a rogue device handing out addresses, Witina names the cause and the fix. The diagnosis comes from fixed rules, so the same problem always gets the same answer.

Changes with a plan and a way back

Plan a change, get it approved, schedule it, check that it worked and undo it if it didn't, with a backup and a full record of every one.

One site or a thousand

Organize sites into divisions, run sites that use the same IP addresses, add a backup gateway where it matters, and manage many customers from one console. For MSPs →

Works with the AI you already use

Connect Claude, ChatGPT or your own AI agent. It reads how your network is really set up and drafts changes for you to approve. It can't run them, and it can never do more than you can. AI & MCP →

A VPN into any site

Put a technician's computer on a site's network through the gateway that's already there, with nothing to open on the site's firewall. You decide who gets in where, and for how long. How the VPN works →

Discovery

Your network, mapped by itself

Point a gateway at your network and watch devices and connections appear on the map as they're found. Nobody has to draw the diagram or keep it current.

Monitoring

Alerts that tell you the fix

Alerts roll up into incidents tied to the devices they affect. For the problems it knows, Witina names what went wrong and how to fix it. When the fix is a settings change, the incident offers it ready-made, as a change you send for approval.

Change management

Every change, reviewed and reversible

Plan a change and send it for approval. Before anything touches the device, its current settings are backed up, so if the change goes wrong you can put them back. Every step is logged.

How it works

A small gateway on your network does the hands-on work, and our cloud does the thinking. Your device passwords are kept on your network, not in our cloud.

  1. 01

    Deploy a gateway

Put a gateway on your network as an appliance, a virtual machine or a container. It only needs to reach the devices you want to manage.

  2. 02

It finds and watches your devices

It finds your devices, collects their performance data and settings, and keeps any passwords encrypted on the gateway. Nothing sensitive is shipped to the cloud.

  3. 03

    You manage it from anywhere

Your network map, alerts, changes and reports live in one console, for one site or many, while access to your devices stays on your network.

What it costs

You pay per monitored device, meaning the devices you choose to manage. Discovery is free, so a gateway can map an entire network before you pay for anything, and gateways don't count as devices.

Frequently asked questions

Do you store our device passwords? +

No. We don't store your device passwords in our cloud. They're passed to a gateway on your own network and kept there, encrypted, on equipment you run.

Which vendors do you support? +

Discovery and monitoring work across Cisco, Juniper, Arista, UniFi, Netgear, EdgeRouter and more, using the open standards network equipment already speaks rather than one vendor's software. What Witina can change varies by device. Discovery is free, so the quickest check is to start free and point a gateway at your gear.

Can I self-host it? +

Yes, for one network of up to 10 devices. The self-hosted edition is free and runs on your own hardware as a single container. The cloud is the full product: it adds change management, MSP mode, single sign-on and push notifications, plus more sites, backup gateways and no servers for you to run. What's cloud-only →

How does the gateway reach the cloud? +

The gateway connects out to our cloud, so there's nothing to open on your firewall and nothing exposed to the internet. It only needs to reach the devices you want to manage, and the internet.

What does it cost? +

The cloud is free for up to 10 devices, and paid plans start at $59 a month for 30. You pay per monitored device; discovery is free and gateways don't count as devices. See every plan →

Can I connect my own AI assistant? +

Yes. Claude, ChatGPT or an agent you wrote can connect to Witina over MCP, read how your network is really set up, from each device's settings to what's plugged in where, and draft a change. It can't run the change itself, and it can never do more than the person who connected it. See the tools it gets →

What happens to my network if I leave? +

Your gateways and your data are yours. Nothing of ours is left behind in your device settings, and there's no lock-in. Hand a network to an MSP, or take it back on your own terms.
